Fair Of The Holy Spirit Flower.

Las Minas is located in a mountainous area within the province of Herrera.  It is here  in the highlands that the famous ‘Flower  of the Holy Spirit’ flourishes. The extraordinary orchid is the national flower of the Republic of Panama. As a catalyst, in recent years there has been a Fair of The Holy Spirit Flower, as a way to highlight this exotic creation of nature.

In the heart of the community, adjacent to the Church of Santa Barbara, locals, and visitors can appreciate small ranches, where in addition to the botanical richness of the area, can witness the fertility of the land Nuco guarding the hill landmark in the area. In this fair everybody is invited to stay over, as along with the cool temperature of Las Minas mixed with the warmth of its residents surely  guarantees that the Holy Spirit Fair will blossom into another longstanding attraction in the Herrera Province.
