The doors to the Show Home of the Cubitá Wyndham Grand residential/hotel project, located in the city of Chitre on Panama’s Azuero Peninsula, were officially opened on Saturday evening, November 17, to an enthusiastic gathering of local community members, prospective buyers and representatives from a variety of business and tourism activities. As guests arrived, they were invited to explore the house with Cubitá personnel serving as guides and answering questions. Expressions of admiration for the tasteful elegance, well-planned layout and superb quality of the materials and finishes used throughout the house were heard repeatedly as guests mingled and enjoyed the sumptuous buffet of hors d’oeuvres, wine and mixed drinks served on the patio.
The Tonosí Model Show Home is one of two models of single-family residences available in the residential area of the Cubitá Wyndham Grand project. Features of this model include three bedrooms, each with a full bathroom, a foyer, study, large living/dining area, spacious kitchen with breakfast bar, laundry room, maid’s bedroom and bathroom, and an ample patio opening off the living/dining area through sliding glass doors. The central feature is a lovely interior glass-walled garden visible from every area of the house. The construction area for the Tonosí model is approximately 232 m2 or 2500 square feet, and includes a separate carport for two cars and an ample and beautifully landscaped lot with an area of approximately 600 m2 or 6450 square feet.
